At Access Denied, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, skincare and cosmetic items must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused products in their original boxes and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
